The 1.14 village and pillage iron golem farms don't spawn golems while the villagers are in their beds sleeping. That's 50% of the time!! I came up with this way to sleep through the night every night without you needing to be at the keyboard! Just set your world to LAN if you are in single player, Servers should work without that step. Change your walk backward key and your right-click key to a pair of keys that are next to each other (num pad 0 and 1 for instance). Get in position and put a weight on those keys and then just walk away for a few hours!
