Can I turn $1.99 clear charger into a stunning piece of decor? I cut a circle out of a blue and white runner, then used dishwasher safe Mod Podge and pressed the fabric to the charger. This was so easy to do, very affordable and extremely customizable. I know you’ll want to copy this!
