UHC is a gamemode in which you cannot regenerate health automatically. Instead, you need to craft golden apples (using 8 gold ingots) or health potions (using a gold block). To encourage PVP, I developed a plugin that allows you to eat the skull of the killed for another 2 hearts of regeneration.
