For the Fourth of July, the CMA is celebrating with old school American made cartoon classics.
The Aesop's Fables series dates back to the silent era with Paul Terry (later the founder of Terrytoons, makers of Mighty Mouse). Many of these cartoons were released to television in the 1940s and 1950s as kiddie fare. This cartoon was originally released by the Pathé Exchange, May 25, 1930.
