This is a little beginner aerial silks routine I did after about 12 classes. There are of course some parts I would like to clean up but its a work in progress and practice makes perfect. Hope you enjoy and maybe it gives you some inspiration if you are just starting out.
Some of the moves include: double stag, splits, foot lock, jessica split, fairy dissent, hip key and more I don't know the names of hahah!
