Unfortunately due to the situation here I wasn't able to record November or get much time to even work on this one. It's a little short routine that looks deceptively easy but man... it ripped holes in THREE pairs of shorts I own 😅 😱 Happy to be back training again and hope we can stay open through the spring and onwards.
