I took my Big AE System and went to the Bush, seeking inspiration. In the end this song was composed and recorded in my home studio, but it was worthwhile getting out and taking some nice shots of the beautiful nature that is basically at my doorstep!
This patch is based on a drone of 4 oscillators that go through various filters. My AE Mini Modular provides a backgroung sequence, the Korg Volca Sample does the beat and one VCO does the lead arpeggios.
I found that creating a good drone is not that easy and needs a lot of patching to create movement and to keep it "interesting".
