The Hercules graphics card was the first third-party graphics standard developed for the IBM PC in 1982, by Van Suwannukul, founder of Hercules Graphics Technology. It was a very popular standard for Windows 1.0 users; however, Hercules did not support color. The resolution on the Hercules, 720x348, was two pixels smaller than the implied pixels for the Monochrome Display Adapter (720x350), and also resembles the Apple Lisa from 1983.

Adventures in Hercules stars:
- Chip's Challenge
- JezzBall
- Free Cell
- Dr. Black Jack
- Rodent's Revenge
- Golf
- Pipe Dream
- SkiFree
- TetraVex
- Taipei

Unfortunately, I ran out of time to cover any of the other games in Hercules mode, so look out for a possible Adventures in Hercules II :)
