"Three Buckets" was originally intended by the Adventure Time staff to be the finale to season 8, but after Cartoon Network retroactively recategorized which episodes fall into which season, it's now officially in the middle of season 9. In this video, I muse about what a nice cohesive package the intended season 8 was thematically, although I will probably still stick to the official designations for the purposes of this channel.
