Adventure Force Thermal Tracker is the focus of today's Adventure force Toy Guns Re-Review here on the Cj Nerf channel. This NEW adventure force toy guns sniper rifle was designed by Buzz Bee for Walmart's adventure force line. Scope remains in place, shell is nice, balanced, and comfortable. Compatibility is high since Nerf Mags and 4 different tyes of darts fired with no problems. Bottom Line for the price tag of 24.88 @Walmart there is a lot of value. I did a review on this blaster 1 month ago and had a manufactures defect. Before i had a chance to get back to the store to exchange, BUZZ BEE actually reached out to me about my review and asked me if i would mind sending the blaster back to them so they could inspect it. I was happy to send it to them and they agreed to send me a brand new one to re-review which i was happy to agree to. Buzz Bee and i talked some more and they offered me some samples of other blasters which they would include with the Thermal Tracker. I cannot express my appreciation enough to the fantastic people over at Buzz Bee They are the first company to reach out to me after i had a problem with a product of theirs, and not only address the problem. They took it to the next level by sending me additional sample blasters and want to work with me in the future. That is customer service and standing behind your products, that is something every consumer should appreciate. I applaud Buzz Bee for in a world with giant companies where personal touch can be lost in a world of Bottom lines and profits, Buzz Bee took the time to address a manufactures defect from a growing Youtube Channel and went above and beyond to make it right ! Thats what customer service is all about !!!!! I was a fan of Buzz Bee Toys before my small issue, even after i experienced the issue, and now with the way they handled this very minor issue in the grand scheme of things i am an even bigger fan. Standing Ovation to Buzz Bee this is how you build consumer brand loyalty IMO.
