Alicia Watt and Brookelynn Mason with the help of several Hamilton fandom groups on Facebook are trying to raise $37,000 to give to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS for Lin-Manuel Miranda's 37th birthday. They've set up a fundraising campaign through Broadway Cares, a Facebook page, and a Twitter to raise awareness, encourage donations, and share updates. They have raised $700 so far. TeeRico (Lin's official merchandise site run by his family) is also helping them raise awareness by donating merchandise and promoting their tweets/posts. And, if they reach their goal by the end of the month, they're donating two Hamilton lyric sheets signed by Lin for them to raffle off!
