When Timmy's baby brother, Jeffery, wanted to play with his old police teddy bear, Timmy refused and told him, "No." Jeffery still wanted to play with it. Timmy and Jeffery fought over the old, worn-out, police teddy bear until its arm got ripped open. Timmy was upset and couldn't believe it and blamed it on his brother. When the ghost of his late father, David McKay, appeared to help out, he told them that they were the ones who torn his old police teddy bear he grew up with for many years. The two brothers decided to take the torn police teddy bear to their mom to fix it.
