Super easy option if you have navi available. You can make this faster by skipping having to climb out of the water. Just target the small pillar on the side with the water behind you, be pretty far right on the pillar, stab recoil (flying into the water means you weren't far enough right), and jumpslash+navi dive from there. You won't get the free hold-up swim but its still easy.
