So what did I find out here? Adrenaline Junkie probably applies to all movements. It is important to note that it may not make your max speed faster when moving such as in combat stance, but it does counteract the slow debuff from carrying too much weight. So it makes you faster, but in a way it shouldn't be able to. I think this actually makes it an even better trait than I previously thought as going full speed while overloaded is a huge advantage even if you still lose stamina faster.
