As a customer I would like for Adorn-it to address/revise their shipping charges (for non recipe club purchases). For example, Adorn-it charges $8.75 to ship a single stamp that only costs .84c to ship. This is shipping gouging and it is a form of exploitation.
I would like for Adorn-it to offer a centralized place to make ordering Dianna Marcum's stamps quicker and easier.
I would like for Adornit to have a listing available for the monthly Recipe Club that shows all the monthly upcoming stamps in the subscription. It is too difficult/time consuming to track down the initial Facebook video for such information.
I would like for Adorn-it to provide (and retroactively) packaging/identification and informational cards/inserts for ALL purchased stamps.To provide this type of information is a standard practice from all companies and manufactures and is the norm and expected with all purchases whether through Adorn-it or not.
I would like for Adorn-it to consider offering recipe club participants a VIP experience for being a part of an exclusive club. Watch video for my suggestion and also reach out to customers for feedback.
Also concerning the packaging/informational cards, it would be nice to have a bit of information about Dianna on each card for the different recipe stamps, kind of like a "why women create", "where women create" type experience.
The website to join the recipe club still don't have paypal as an option. The only option available is to input credit card information. Please update the site with paypal as a checkout option. Website below

The website to join the recipe club (above) only has one option for subscription, the $18 dollar subscription, when 3 subscriptions are available. When using this site, how do customers elect to sign up for the other 2 subscriptions?
As it stands, my understanding is the recipe club stamps are shipped out based on the day of the month the customer signed up. If feasible, consider billing/shipping the stamps the same day of the month for continuity sake.

We wanted to clarify some concerns surrounding our current shipping costs.
If you are a member of our stamping clubs, you receive free shipping for the entirety of your subscription. Your stamps will come each month in an ADORNit Stamp Club envelope. We love being able to offer our subscription customers free shipping, and are happy it's been a viable option for our new stamping clubs.
If you place an order through our websites adornit.com or buyitlive.co/s/adornit, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $8.75. All orders placed through our websites are shipped in first-class or priority-mail packages with a valid tracking number-so these do not come in the same small envelopes as your subscription stamps.
If your order only contains one or two small items, like stamps, and we can ship that for a lower cost, we generally issue a partial refund of your shipping charge to better reflect what it cost us to ship your package.
