I truly never thought that this would finally be cleared. I guess I surprised myself again.
RATO is probably the most technical chart ever cleared. Ever. It holds a host of unexplainable patterns that require so many micro-adjustments that I could genuinely write a 50 page essay explaining every facet of the required methods in detail. It it genuinely the first chart I have ever cleared that I just cannot explain with words.
This chart is separated into 4 main parts. The first part is not very hard whatsoever outside of 2 major zips. The first isn't too bad to play, but the second one genuinely ends roughly 90% of my runs that get there. Transitioning between 960 burst indexing and hard technical 960 rolling is admittedly much harder than it looks. Because of this, you must be at least 80-90% consistent at the entire rest of the chart, which is exceedingly difficult to do.
The second part is probably the easiest of the entire chart, but that doesn't mean that it's completely free. This section is still completely LOADED with offbeat rolling, and other odd patterns thrown around, that can easily end your run in an instant should you not pay attention.
The third part is by far the hardest thing I've ever played in any chart ever. It features 15 patterns; 4 of them repeat, and 1 repeats twice. Each of them are very slightly different and requires different amounts of pattern execution, all of which requires microadjustments. The worst part about it is the fact that you start offbeat, meaning you have to double-roll on your non-dominant hand at 71% to get back on time.
The final part is still exceedingly hard, and requires a whole host of offbeat rolling sections and just overall some crazy technical stuff. Dying here on a run is almost certain, especially with the nerves you face.
This is by far one of the best accomplishments I'll ever do. I genuinely cannot fathom how I could do literally anything harder at this point. Who knows, maybe one day...

Well, here it is. My 100th worlds first clear, the 100th time Ive cleared an ADOFAI level above 19 before anyone else. A feat nobody has even come close to doing before.
I thought about which level I should do for months in advance, and I was juggling around 3 potential candidates. One was Chaos Dilemma by Creepy_Command, which was a 21.1+ that I had 60+% on, and the other was Jade by YaddyHyrule, a 21.1 with extremely cool tech-rolling. Despite these levels, I opted for something more climactic and intense, a true gauntlet and test of rolling consistency, nerve control, and burst indexing. A level so deceptively simple yet so terrifying to play. A level that only built your nerves up until you could no longer do basic tasks. All of this just made Megantus the obvious choice.
This level, as previously stated, is deceptively simple. Most of the rolling you would find in 20.3s, with a few sections that would be considered close to 21 gameplay, but these individual sections are all super easy in reality, except for the Tech-rolling section found at the very beginning and end of the chart. All of the difficulty surrounding this chart is based on two things: nerve management and raw consistency. If you dont have either one of them, this level is straight up impossible, and if you have both, youre still going to have a rough time.
Getting this done is a massive weight off of my shoulders, definitely one of the most stressful grinds Ive ever done, and most certainly the hardest, edging out of Ambrosia. (For reference, Ambrosia took me roughly 2 weeks, this took 3.)
Now that Im done with this, expect the grind to pick up again, I got some levels planned out that I really want to try :)

genuinely unfathomable how I managed to even get this run so soon
As the rivalry between Greuce and I intensified, we both understood the next step; a sub 6:30. Both of us had many late-run chokes up to this point, and honestly either one of us couldve gotten this one first. This man is a legend.
Surprised how I managed to keep this pace with so many bad hiding rooms. Really goes to show that even a Sub 6:20 is possible. Guess well see :)

honestly entirely 20.7 gameplay, mostly carried by the fact that the intro is about 5 millennia long
Anyways, quite a fun chart to do in runs! Would only recommend this if youre at a 21 skill level as grinding this for too long without much consistency would likely become absolutely maddening.

okay WOW didnt expect to get another world record speedrun this quickly!
What makes this run particularly special is that, for the first time in this games history, I found a use for the movement tech called trimping, and this is the very first time this has ever been performed in a run!
How this works is quite simple, whenever Carnation spawns, there is a 1/4 chance for the worst hide room (long hide corridor,) to spawn. If said corridor spawns, I found that the next room GUARANTEED, will be a room with a ledge that you can trimp off of! With this knowledge, you can theoretically jump and land on top of the next doorframes wall in order to skip every bad carnation! This doesnt save a TON of time, but it does make the worst case scenario a bit more skill-based.
Overall, a super clean speedrun with no more major mistakes! At this point its going to boil down to RNG/trimping strats and thats when the true grind will begin! Good luck to everyone on beating this!
