I'll show you how it works with landscapes and portraits, and why the skin tone indicator is particularly useful when you're not confident in your color perception. Have you ever wondered why your landscape photos may not have the impact that you would like? This is something that Ive been thinking about a lot lately, especially while editing some of my older shots. One of the common elements that jumped out was that my backgrounds (and sometimes my foregrounds) werent nearly as impactful as I remember them being. Mountains that I knew were gigantic looked tiny in my frame. Fortunately, fixing these things is pretty easy thanks to the Free Transform tool in Adobe Photoshop (or any other layer-based editing app).
