CMI Toyota in Adelaide, Australia services 120 cars a day, with many arriving first thing in
the morning. They need to be on their tire service game, all day, every day.

“So, it’s all about efficiency,” says Paul Ats, tire program manager. “Every minute we can
save on a car is very important to our business.”

CMI had been sending alignments out, but following a Hawkeye Elite® demonstration, that
came to a quick end. “The amount of corrections and adjustments we can do on vehicles
