i learned most of these while playing around with petrus.
It helps a lot if your'e color neurtal, but I'm not either.

Remember that there are an infinite ways to get an extended cross and these are just the ones that i use.
Since these moves are all intuitive moves, there is almost always a better way of doing it so all your real success comes from practice.
