This video shows how you can add and remove files from your Spectrum Next QL Core installation using the QPC2 QL emulator. So if you want to add or remove a large number of files from your QL setup on the Next, this shows one way to do it. This is how you would add QL games or applications to your QL core installation or remove ones you no longer needed.
There is a manual for QPC2 which explains it in more detail including the choices for navigating the UI including how the left and right clicking work for different actions.
Recommend using a new SD card for experimenting on your QL setup. Not using your main Next SD card. Take plenty of backups!
There is another option as well as editing your qxl.win or scopying in single files. You could scopy a zip file and unzip. This means getting an unzip into your QL files. Maybe a topic for another video.
