Adding a Kenwood TS-590 as a sub receiver to the Kenwood TS-890, TS 590 Sub Receiver Set-up.
Well this was fun and a little bit of a mind mess up, First make sure that the Firmware on both radios is up-to-date before you begin. after that the world is your playground. open both the operation manuals and read the sections on Sub receivers, set the correct settings on both radio connect them together and your all done. Please note it is not that simple, some of the settings need to be played with to best suit your requirements...
But it works and it's fun to operate. :)
Hey why not look it up and see for yourself I'm not an expert on these matters just a guy that is giving it a go and sharing my experiences.
