In this video we'll discuss addiction and the brain. 

Our brains are wired to seek out pleasure and avoid pain, but drugs and alcohol take over the brain’s reward system and flood the brain with dopamine—often much more than what we get from natural rewards. Over time, with continued use of these substances, the brain starts to rely on them to release dopamine. It’s like being stuck in a loop, constantly chasing that high.
