A Demonstration of how to add games to the Playstation Classic using a USB hard drive or Flash Drive. Testing Crash Bandicoot, Spiderman & Skull Monkeys.
WARNING mods & hacks can potentially BRICK YOUR CONSOLE PLEASE READ:
This is in the experimental stages so risk is involved and my recommendation would be to wait for a future release that is more stable.
Issues:
1.After doing this mod an empty game space will remain in the main menu even without USB connected.
2.You will have to power cycle/unplug each time you turn off the console with USB connected for mod to work.
3.2 player will not work while using mod due to usb flash drive been connected.
4.Sometimes power will not turn off and will have to be unplugged
Notes:
Adding Custom Games: follow video steps and make sure
USB drive is named SONY, plug the usb drive into the port 2 and reboot/unplug the system. If everything worked fine, you should see your custom game in the menu.
Before shutting system down you need to make sure to select a stock game to prevent possible issues when booting console.
