One of the exciting aspects of the game is searching for buried treasure, which can yield valuable loot and resources. If you are struggling to find buried treasure in Minecraft, dont worry; we have got you covered. In this blog post, we will guide you through the process of finding buried treasure in Minecraft.
Step 1: Obtain a Treasure Map
The first step to finding buried treasure in Minecraft is to obtain a treasure map. Treasure maps can be found in shipwreck chests, ocean ruins, or can be obtained by trading with cartographer villagers. Once you have obtained a treasure map, it will show you the location of the buried treasure on the map.
Step 2: Analyze the Treasure Map
After obtaining the treasure map, you need to analyze it to locate the treasure. The treasure map will have a red X that marks the location of the treasure. The X will be surrounded by a circle that indicates the general area where the treasure can be found. To locate the treasure, you need to head towards the circle, get right above the X, and start digging.

Once you have located the area where the treasure is buried, you need to start digging. You can use a shovel to dig down to the location of the treasure. As you dig, pay attention to the coordinates. If you are right over the X, find the coordinates that are divisible by 8. Once you find those, you should be able to dig straight down to find the treasure.
