Windows 9x also use the same method, but the 2 oem files are copied to C:\Windows\system
00:20 Create a text file, edit and save as "oeminfo.ini"
01:49 Create a bmp file, save as "oemlogo.bmp"
02:50 Copy the 2 files to C:\windows\system32
03:35 After XP restart, the OEM info and logo were applied!!
