The Adapting Outreach to the Black Community (ABC) research project, led by OHSU Knight Cancer Institute's Cancer Early Detection Advanced Research (CEDAR) and Community Outreach and Engagement (COE) teams, focused on better understanding the ways to encourage Black Oregonians to join research studies ensuring everyone is represented in research. Community members and leaders from across Oregon and the Portland metro area offer their experiences and insights on participating in health research.
