Addendum: Literally yesterday the JoBros scan group uploaded a release of Phantom Blood that changes the names of the Viz release, and they're planning to do more: https://nyaa.si/view/1853015
Regarding Monogatari’s Watch Order, while poking around I did find this explanation of some issues that could arise when watching it in release order (spoilers of course). But I also want to point out that the currently ongoing Monster & Off Season is not going in LN order either! The title cards do specify ‘Broadcast Order’, which implies Shaft might put the BDs out in LN order like they did Seacond Season but that remains to be seen. And obviously it’s not finished and I haven’t read the source material so I have no personal comment, which is why I didn’t say much on that front to begin with.
