“Make sure even when you’re playing soft to stay really supported (with the air).  You’ve got to have your hands on two different knobs:

1) The knob for how much air
2) The knob for how fast that air is going

And even when you’re not using that much air, make sure that what you are using is still fast.  That’ll keep the clarity up.”
