GoldenEye's Surface 2 level on 007 mode (Dark Licence to Kill settings) using the Enemy Health 1000%, Enemy Damage 1000%, Enemy Accuracy 100%, Enemy Reaction Speed 100% settings.
The one hit kills rule doesn't apply when you get shot by a Klobb guard. It's a very weak gun and you can survive one hit from that on the LTK and DLTK settings.
