A company in New Zealand, Activlayr has developed new skincare technology using nano collagen from a fish! They have developed an eye patch that can be used in any stage of your skincare routine to help with the appearance of your under eye. I was sent these eye patches to try out and I share my thoughts on this innovative technology.
