Active Side Guard Assist 2 adds another layer of blind spot awareness to the Freightliner Fifth Generation Cascadia.
The system uses radar to monitor hazards on both sides of the truck and visual alerts appear when a vehicle enters a blind spot. If a turn signal is activated while a vehicle is detected, the warning escalates, helping drivers avoid unsafe lane changes. With Active Side Guard Assist 2, drivers gain better visibility and confidence in everyday traffic situations.
