Welcome to my latest video where I demonstrate Step by Step how to create Diane's Custom Color Pallet Shadow Wave Pour fluid art painting. This acrylic pouring technique is fun, easy, and perfect for artists of all levels. This video is part of the PICK MY POUR series season 2, throughout the month of December I will be running custom color pallets built using viewers names, leave a comment below with 3 pouring styles you would like to see to be eligible to be chosen for one. This week Diane had won, and we all voted using 3 of my favorite pouring styles and the Shadow Wave pour was chosen, Vote for your favorite techniques and colors on the channel page.
Fluid Art is a fantastic way to unleash your creativity and produce stunning abstract paintings. It’s also incredibly satisfying and relaxing. Don’t forget, voting starts on Monday and runs through the week. Thank you for joining me for Season 2 of PICK MY POUR. Watch the video and follow along as I guide you through these exciting techniques.
In this tutorial, I use Diane's name as my color pallet, so it is Dioxazine purple, Iridescent white, Amethyst purple, Neon blue, and Emerald green color pallet using Mars Black and Titanium White. These colors create a dynamic effect on the canvas. Feel free to use your favorite colors, but I recommend incorporating some pearlized or metallic paints for added shine and contrast.
Materials Needed:
Acrylic Paints
Pouring Medium
Plastic Cups
Stir Sticks
Canvas 12x16
