Do you have acidic soil? If so, consider raising your pH with lime to bring the soil pH up over time to that sweet spot of about 6.5. In this video, we have very acidic soils at the project lawn. So Lawn Cube has sent us Calcitic Lime (NutraLime DG from The Andersons) to apply as part of this months subscription delivery. Don't expect to get results overnight. Changing the soil chemistry takes time! So I expect there to be additional lime applications in the future for sure.
Remember, Lawn Cube caters each subscription based on a soil test and sends out what you need on a monthly basis to address deficiencies. That's what I like about it. You still get to have fun "Throwing Down" granular products with confidence that you are putting down the right type and amount of professional grade lawn products that have been hand selected for your lawn by a professional.
