1. Make sure to be as far left as possible on the block.
2. Lay a bomb and hold right simultaneously and then press start while still holding right. This part has to be done rapidly or Samus will go too far to the right.
3. Pause the game repeatedly until Samus is in the proper position. It should look like oO where o is the bomb and O is Samus. The position is also shown in the video.
4. Once Samus is in the proper position hold left and once the bomb hits get out of morph ball and grab the ledge as usual.
