Styrofoam vs Acetone, or should it be styrofoam and acetone creates an Awesome reaction when they touch.
Since styrofoam, also known as polystyrene, is not easily recycled, I needed a way to discard of a pile leftover from Christmas.
Acetone is suppose to be good with disolving plastic type materials, so I wanted to give it a try. And the results were astounding.
This is a great way to recycle styrofoam into a much smaller material.
And when you are finished, just let the acetone evaporate outside.
