Here's a custom Xenia build modified by u/TTFH3500 and another Reddit user (who has since deleted the post so I don't know their username) that fixes ground triangles and (partially) music and enables DLC. Download here (note: it includes all the AC6 DLC so it would technically constitute as piracy but let's be real, it's not like you have any way of buying this content anymore): drive.google.com/file/d/1-8-pbMPzC7UfQ79-FAs5xVjmdvfr58YN/view?usp=drive_link
It does NOT include the game itself, you'll have to get that on your own, whether through legitimate means or not.
