The man accused of trying to murder a teenager by cutting off his air supply is speaking out. Michael Joseph Simpson Jr. says the story is being reported all wrong. He claims he never touched the tube bringing air to a teen who was diving for lobsters in the waters off south Florida, near Miami. The teen was allegedly gasping for air when he came to the surface. Simpson spoke with Inside Edition's Ann Mercogliano.
