It's important when learning anything to set goals. If the goal is far away then we should also think about the steps in between. Today I set out to accomplish an intermediary step in getting over the box jump at the park. I've been over this jump a few times and I'm still not confident about it.
Last night I wrote down in my notebook, "I CAN jump, the box jump with ease." and as I went to sleep I was visualizing myself jumping over the box. Was I successful?
