Ahead of next month's election, county leaders in North Carolina are trying to make it easier for people to vote in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Karen Brinson Bell, executive director of the North Carolina State Board of Elections, says while Election Day might look a little different, the agency is working to make sure everyone can still cast their ballot.
