In this webinar, members of the American Heart Association’s Outpace CVD team led a conversation around Accelerating Impact: Advancing Outpatient Quality Improvement and Recognition. During the webinar, they walked through the evidence-based activity pillars for Target: BP and Target: Type 2 Diabetes programs, highlighting how the attestation questions can be utilized to support organizations’ quality improvement journeys; provided an overview on how these activities impact Achievement Awards, including an announcement of new Target: Type 2 Diabetes program award categories; and shared an opportunity for feedback on the Outpace CVD suite of programs through a robust national survey.
