Academy 26-1 is Underway
South Metro Fire Rescue is proud to announce that Academy 26-1 is officially in session.
This academy includes 15 recruits from South Metro Fire Rescue, supported by 5 SMFR Recruit Training Officers (RTOs), along with 1 recruit and 1 RTO from Arvada Fire. Over the next 20 weeks, these individuals will undergo extensive training—building the skills, knowledge, and teamwork required to serve our community at the highest level.
We’re excited to support and watch this group grow as they prepare for a career dedicated to service. Upon graduation, they will join the front lines, ready to respond when our community needs them most.
