Location: 1790 E Concord Road, Pierce Township, Clermont County, OH
Well this was something. For starters, Mike and I were running late to our target siren, the Banshee, so we settled on this instead. We arrive, and Kurt (firefreak57) happens to be setting up there too. So we start setting up as well, and that's when I realize that the batteries in both my secondary camera and audio recorder have died. On top of that, the recording location was pretty awkward, as we were well into someone's yard and didn't even realize it. We waited, and heard the Hamlet EOWS wind up. Then I heard the 4/5, and immediately knew this siren had failed. What I didn't expect was being able to experience the Godly ambience that followed. We heard a few Thunderbolts (the 4/5 and some 5/6s, the P-127 in Mt. Pisgah, the T-128 on Fair Oak Road, and at least one 2001). It gave me major classic Hamilton County vibes, and I really did enjoy hearing it, and it more than made up for the siren failing to sound. Enjoy!
