This sprawling farm estate has a fascinating history and is full of charming little oddities.

The story I've been told by locals is that the man of the house ruled the roost and was abusive to his family, who finally managed to estrange themselves from him and disappeared. The old man was then left to fade away, just like this beautiful farm.
