Aqua took Hakari to court over a domestic violence dispute (RIP Frieren), but Hakari fired back with a countersuit, exposing Aqua’s toxic history. With Phaul Wrongman and Turpin Rickworth defending Hakari's "lapse of judgment," Hakari takes the stand to assassinate Aqua's character.
The judges are against Aqua; they've seen Konosuba, and her lawyer, Higuyujin (Higuruma), is watching his entire case fall apart in until he crashes out.
