If you've suffered abuse, biblical forgiveness is such good news. Yes, Scripture calls us to surrender vengeance, refuse bitterness, pray for our enemies, and entrust justice to God. But it does not require victims to grant forgiveness to unrepentant offenders, including those who remain dangerous and unwilling to change.
