Design Injection Molded Products and have it made in the USA. ABS works for the Model Train throttle! The molds were made for Nylon, but then we learned that Nylon is not dimensionally stable the way ABS is. It took a couple iterations, but it's finally done! This is for the UWT-50, and it has taken nearly a year to get these molds made here in the US.
This product was originally designed for plastic injection molding with ABS. But the injection molder suggested Nylon would be a better choice. Not so.
