Here is today's vlog! Murder Dog and I survived the rain yesterday and managed to spend a few hours in a local parking garage rearranging the vehicle. I was able to consolidate and/or remove a number of items, so now we have a bit more room. Still not living in the lap of luxury or anything, but at least we're a bit more comfortable.
I learned a few things today, like how it's a really bad idea to leave your electric cooler running while the vehicle is in accessory mode (thank Odin for jumper cables and an understanding wife!). One of the items that has now been added to the list of things to purchase is a jump pack (if only I had a time machine...).
Spent a few hours yesterday cruising around, looking for places to set up my solar shower. Unfortunately, campgrounds are limited and they appear more geared towards RVers, anyway. We did manage to "sneak" into one after hours, and a shower was finally had. The water pressure on the solar power is pretty strong! Probably would have been better if I had a chance to let the water get heated up first, though (brrrrrrr!)
Despite being in a camprground, we stayed in the vehicle last night anyway. With some more room created by the earlier parings, we had enough space for Murder Dog and I to sleep somewhat comfortably. Only got about 5 - 6 hours of sleep, but that was about twice as much as the previous two nights. I'll take it.
So we're off to find our new adventures and learning experiences for the day. I'll check back in tomorrow morning. Stay tuned!
