Here we take a look at how we can use Ableton's reverb to create depth but from a the perspective of time and space. Time being pre delay and space meaning the stereo field. Instruments that are full wide, taking up all the stereo width dont play with reverb nicely if their frequency content is the same as the verb so reducing the width of the instrument and leaving the reverb wide is a great way to add depth to your mix. Add some pre delay to your reverb to isolate the initial transient for clarity and separation. Using arrangement view you can figure out the millisecond time divisions of the BPM you're working with and apply that to your pre delay.
