Ability Bazaar is an AI-powered marketplace created by Vision-Aid to make technology more accessible while creating pathways to skilled, paid digital work for people with disabilities.
The platform combines AI agents and automated accessibility testing with something technology cannot replace: the lived experience and judgment of professionals with disabilities. Together, they deliver accessibility audits, websites and accessible applications for real customers.
Ability Bazaar was built by a diverse, cross-functional, all-volunteer team from Vision-Aid USA and Vision-Aid India, together with disability-led professionals and students and faculty associated with Harvard University and Georgia Tech.
India is our starting point. With Vision-Aid’s network and more than two decades of experience serving people with visual disabilities, Ability Bazaar is designed to grow and reach communities worldwide.
