The Scientific Collection of Sounds of the African Bioacoustics Community is an initiative under the Making Africa Heard project to promote and advance bioacoustics research across Africa.
We are focused on building and bolstering sound libraries for Southern Africa wildlife through collaboration between scientists and the general public.
This is the reference video for the audio catalogued as ABC0001 (africanbioacousticscommunity.github.io/ABC-Sound-Collection.github.io/ABC%20Sound%20Collection/ABC0001.html). The video contains wild dogs interacting between themselves followed by its respective spectrogram. The horizontal axis represents 'Time' (in seconds) and vertical axis the 'Frequency' (in kHz).
We invite you to listen to the life around you.
